The apprenticeship agreement includes all aspects of the student`s learning who is expected to acquire the exchange. The aim of the apprenticeship agreement is to prepare exchanges in a transparent and efficient manner in order to guarantee the recognition of prior learning obtained abroad. All three parties signing the learning agreement comit to comply with all arrangements agreed, thereby insuring that the student will receive the recognition for the studies or formation carried out abroad without any further requirements. If you wish to use Table C of the Learning Agreement “after mobility” form to list your services, for example because your host university does not create a form, please indicate at the beginning of the document the actual period of your mobility abroad – this period must correspond to the period indicated on the Certificate of Departure. Table C must be signed by the host university and deposited in the AAA. On page 1, you must complete your data as well as those of your host school. Information about the JLU giessen is already saved. If you do not wish to be recognised for courses, please inform us by e-mail or register it directly on the Learning Agreement. For student mobility for studies, the learning agreement should define the group of education components that will be replaced by study abroad after completing their studies abroad.
